Mr. Fares is the founder and chairman of Wedge Alternatives, an investment and private placement firm.

He began his investment banking career at Oppenheimer & Company in New York, where he worked in corporate finance, mainly on public offerings and restructurings. He earned a BA degree from Tufts University in Massachusetts and prior to that completed his A-levels at Harrow School in the United Kingdom.

PRESIDENT / CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER, WEDGE GROUP
Mr. Tidwell is responsible for all aspects of WEDGE Group's operations. He is a member of its Executive Committee. Throughout his 30 year career, he has held numerous senior level financial and general management positions in the oilfield services industry. He serves on the boards of several public companies, as well as that of the National MS Society.

Mr. Tidwell graduated from the University of Kansas where he received his BS in Business and his MS in Accounting. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Financial Executives Institute.

RICHARD E. BLOHM, JR .
VICE PRESIDENT AND GENERAL COUNSEL, WEDGE GROUP
Mr. Blohm supervises WEDGE Group’s legal, risk management, human resources, governance, compliance and due diligence functions. He is a member of the WEDGE Executive Committee. With more than 25 years experience in the legal profession, he has handled a wide variety of commercial transactions and complex litigation. Prior to joining WEDGE in 1995, he held positions with the Texas Attorney General’s Office and was partner in charge of litigation for a Houston law firm.

Mr. Blohm graduated from the University of Texas with a BBA in International Business and from Texas Tech University School of Law with a JD.

GREGORY J. ARMSTRONG
PRESIDENT, WEDGE REAL ESTATE HOLDINGS
Mr. Armstrong has been the President of WEDGE Real Estate Holdings, Inc., since 2000. He has more than 25 years experience in the real estate industry, including hotels, office, industrial and self storage properties. Prior to assuming his current role, Mr. Armstrong served as Chief Financial Officer of WEDGE Group and remains a member of its Executive Committee.

Prior to joining WEDGE in 1995, Mr. Armstrong was a Certified Public Accountant with national accounting firms specializing in tax and financial consulting to the real estate industry.

Mr. Armstrong graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a BBA in Accountancy.

WILFRED M. KRENEK
VICE PRESIDENT AND CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER,
WEDGE GROUP
Mr. Krenek, as Chief Financial Officer, is responsible for all aspects of WEDGE Group's financial affairs. A Certified Public Accountant, Mr. Krenek joined WEDGE in 2004, serving as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of WEDGE Energy Holdings, L.L.C., before assuming his current position. Prior to joining WEDGE, he was the President and Chief Operating Officer of Bettis Corporation, a subsidiary of Emerson Electric Company.

A graduate of the University of Texas at Austin with a BBA in Accounting, Mr. Krenek is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
